1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AwesomEgg, an online hyper-local farm-to-table platform operated by Mahoti Farms Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website (mahoti-farm.pages.dev), progressive web app, or ordering products from our local hubs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

AwesomEgg provides hyper-local delivery of farm-fresh poultry eggs, country eggs, and agricultural farm produce directly to consumers and residential communities across Bengaluru, Karnataka. All orders are packed and dispatched from temperature-controlled neighborhood fulfillment hubs.

3. Eligibility and User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. When registering an account via Phone / Email with PIN authentication, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

All product prices displayed on the platform are in Indian National Rupees (INR / ₹). Prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees, packaging charges, and applicable discounts are clearly itemized on the checkout screen prior to final payment authorization. We reserve the right to revise prices and product offerings at any time based on seasonal harvest and farm market dynamics.

5. Payment Methods & Secure Processing

We support online payments via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Digital Wallets, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) in select serviceable zones.

All online transactions are securely encrypted and processed by our authorized payment gateway partner, Razorpay Software Private Limited, in strict compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS Level 1) and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations. Mahoti Farms Pvt Ltd does not store or process your complete credit/debit card numbers or banking passwords on its servers.

6. Orders, Dispatch & Delivery

Delivery is available within designated geo-fenced delivery zones in Bengaluru. Delivery schedules (such as morning delivery between 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM) are estimates. While our hub dispatch team endeavors to meet all scheduled delivery slots, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, traffic, or transit conditions. 7. Cancellation, Returns & Refund Terms

Due to the perishable nature of fresh farm eggs and poultry goods, cancellations are accepted only before the order has been handed over to the delivery driver. If you receive broken, cracked, or substandard products, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source (UPI/Card/Bank) within 5 to 7 business days as per standard banking settlement timelines, or credited instantly to your righto Cash digital wallet. For comprehensive procedures, please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, brand names, product packaging designs, photography, and software code on the platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Mahoti Farms Pvt Ltd and are protected under Indian copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Mahoti Farms Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our platform or consumption of products beyond the invoice amount paid for the specific order.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
