1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website (mahotifarms.com) and utilizing our hyper-local delivery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services.
2. Service Scope and Delivery Zones
Mahoti Farms currently provides hyper-local delivery of fresh agricultural goods (products such as eggs and meat) exclusively within designated service zones in Bengaluru. If your pinned address falls outside our active hub radiuses, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.
3. Products & Pricing
- Perishability: Our products are fresh and highly perishable. They must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees). We reserve the right to change product availability and pricing without prior notice due to agricultural variables.
4. Cancellations and Replacements
Because of the nature of fresh food delivery:
- Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once they are picked up by our delivery agents (status marked as "Out for Delivery").
- Replacements: If you receive damaged goods (e.g., broken eggs) or poor quality items, you must report it via our support channels within 4 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund.
5. Subscriptions
Subscription orders are billed either upfront or recursively based on your selected plan. You may pause or cancel your subscription from your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the next scheduled dispatch.
6. Communication
By creating an account, you consent to receive order updates, OTPs, and delivery alerts via SMS or WhatsApp to the phone number you provide.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
