All AwesomEgg orders are harvested fresh at our farm, dispatched to neighborhood fulfillment hubs, and delivered directly to your doorstep in custom protective packaging.
1. Serviceable Delivery Zones
We currently deliver across residential communities, apartment complexes, and neighborhoods throughout Bengaluru, Karnataka, serviced by our dedicated local hubs including:
- North Bengaluru: Yelahanka, Doddaballapura Road, Hebbal, Thanisandra, Sahakara Nagar, Jakkur, Vidyaranyapura.
- East Bengaluru: Whitefield, KR Puram, Mahadevapura, Marathahalli, Bellandur.
- South & Central Bengaluru: Koramangala, HSR Layout, JP Nagar, Jayanagar, Indiranagar, Electronic City.

2. Delivery Slots & Timelines
To ensure maximum freshness and crack-free transit, we operate regular daily delivery batches:
🌅 Morning Fresh Dispatch (6:00 AM – 9:00 AM)
Orders placed before 10:00 PM the previous evening are harvested, packed in protective trays, and delivered to your doorstep the next morning before 9:00 AM.
⚡ Express Same-Day Slots
In select hub zones, same-day delivery slots are available for orders placed before 12:00 PM noon.
3. Shipping Fees & Free Delivery Thresholds
Delivery charges are transparently calculated at checkout based on order value and distance from the hub:
- Orders above ₹300: FREE Delivery across all serviceable zones.
- Orders below ₹300: Standard nominal delivery fee of ₹30 to ₹50 depending on delivery distance.
- Packaging Fee: ₹15 for eco-friendly, molded pulp shock-resistant protective egg trays (helps ensure zero breakage).
4. Live Order Tracking & Communication
Upon placing an order, you will receive real-time updates:
- Order Confirmation: Instant confirmation with Order Number via SMS/WhatsApp.
- Out for Delivery Alert: Notification with assigned delivery partner name and live contact link when your crate leaves the hub.
- Delivery Completion: Delivery confirmation timestamp and digital receipt.
5. Weather & Force Majeure Exceptions
During extreme weather events (such as heavy monsoon rainfall or severe traffic blockades in Bengaluru), deliveries may experience minor delays. In such events, our hub operations team will notify you via SMS/WhatsApp with updated delivery ETA.
